TAJIN

My hobby recently is cooking with TAJIN.
TAJIN is an earthenware.
It's originally a North African stew of spiced meat and vegetables prepared by slow cooking in a shallow earthenware cooking dish with a tall, conical lid.
I got this from one of my seniors.
As you may know, I'm not good at cooking.
But this wonderful TAJIN helps me in cooking!!!
nikujyaga without meat
Why without meat???
It's simply because of poverty.
seasoning: maple syrup and soy sauce

Let vegetables simmer...done!
